Indeed, but the telling word is "can", not "will", not "shall", not "must".

How is a corrupt company like UKPC, or a tiddler like NPE going to be able to convince a judge that they are deserving of the large amount they are claiming?
especially in a hospital car park?

Perhaps "not a GPEOL" may be ineffective against PE, but it is still worth putting into a lot of other dodgy claims, especially when the net worth of the company is peanuts.

You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
