Really taking the peesh, with lengthy delays transferring my number to a replacement SIM..
Several calls needed, differing reason given each time, and false hope..
Supposed 'goodwill' credits only covered money 'lost' on data bundles, that apparantly don't carry over..
Never mind the ££?? spent (yet to get home phone bill!), calling them to get sorted!

My friend had a problem with her Tesco phone (can't remember now what t was all about) and spent ages on the phone with the CS people trying to sort it out. Eventually, we popped into our local Tesco phone shop within store and a very helpful (and knowledgeable) young man was able to sort it out by a simple phone call to the appropriate people and accessing something online, applying a bit of magic, and within 15 minutes we were in and out of the store with the problem sorted.
Could be worth a try?0
