I've moved a few times in recent years......I recently applied for credit card and was approved, on my Equifax file I can see they credit checked my last 2 address, but the 3rd address wasnt credit checked only an address check was performed on the 3rd address. What is meant by an address search? Can the see what credit agreements I had at the 3rd address from an address check?

I assumed a credit check was checking all details on your credit file which included history of all credit agreements, addresses, accounts within the last few years. What you see on Equifax credit file should be what the credit card company got to see. Don't think there is such thing as different credit checks on different addresses.
