Typhoo QT gone missing?

Just to resurrect this thread, I'm finding that QT has now gone absent in all supermarkets in my part of the UK. Does anyone else still have problems finding it?0

I rung their help desk on 0800 633 5650 they confirmed the item is out of stock due to a change from glass jars to plastic. they are currently in production of the new packaging and should be returning to the shops within the next few months. (also why the official website has no stock)0

Sounds like a major error on their behalf (or a glass supply problem?!?) - after all, shouldn't such a transition be a smooth one? As it stands they will likely annoy and lose a lot of customers who then simply move over to a similar tea. Plenty of lost money for Typhoo I think.0

I can hardly see them losing any sleep over lost sale its not as if they sell then in the 10's of 1000's is it maybe 10's"If I know I'm going crazy, I must not be insane"0

I'm sure that countrywide they usually sells thousands per day.0

Is there an readily available alternative?
I only drink black tea, so haven't really paid any attention, but I can't remember ever seeing another white instant tea.0 -

Closest I know of is PG Tips:

PG Tips is black - the OP drinks white instant tea, so would doubtless be looking for an alternative white instant - just wondered if there is one.0 -
