Help with iPad pages loading without me touching them / flashing

Please could anyone help, I have an iPad mini kids have for games mainly but I use for radio comps at christmas only, noticed grandson was kinda stabbing at games and shutting them down very fast last weekend but was also doing it week before, I normally keep my eye on him but was busy last couple of weeks. Now when it comes on games are loading without me touching them, radio stations are loading then going to dif stations without me touching them, everything's flashing backwards and forwards, random passwords are loading ( not mine just Radom numbers ) blue tooth was turned on but I have since turned it off. I have re- booted it twice but it's still the same. Has anyone any advice please.

Clean the screen, see if that helps. Otherwise it's possible the digitizer has gone faulty.

Thank you very much, I have cleaned the screen but it's still the same any idea how much it will be to get it fixed
