Chargebacks on Aqua Credit Cards

Had some issues with Aqua; they seem to draw out disputed transactions over a period of several months. Unlike some retailers they don't credit your account and deal with the issue (thus putting the ones on them to resolve quickly)

I know the process can take a long time but I seem to be getting requests for further information weeks after one another.

e.g. send proof you tried to resolve issue with retailer.
Did it

4 weeks later; send proof you wrote to them

3 weeks later; send proof you tried to contact customer service of said company.

Aqua customer service are idiots, they say they are in the claims department and then when you ask for further info on a claim they say it's back office and they don't speak to the public :rotfl:

SO be warned with Aqua Credit Cards; if you dispute a transaction prepare yourself first by watching an Indiana Jones film. Correction, watch them all, back to back, with long gaps in between.

Anyone else dealt with them?
