Hi MSE - this Is my FIRST TIME ON THE FORUM.
I HAVE BEEN READING YOUR NEWSLETTER FOR 2 YEARS & last week , after changing suppliers (I used your cheap energy club to switch to the best deal), I rang my old company - quoted my account no & asked about my balance. I was £186 in credit, I should get it in 30 days, hopefully in time for Christmas! Having read martin's advice, whenever I change supplier's now - I make a note (on the pc, you never loss it then!) of the company / account no / contact phone number, then when I change suppliers , I leave it about a month, then ring - what a result!
Thank you MSE & A MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!
