Online Purchase Problem

Hi,
I purchased a battery for my laptop from uk-youbattery.com and it didnt work. I emailed the company asking for details of thier returns policy and they responded by asking me to forward the battery onto a third party customer and they would send me another. This option wasnt acceptable to me .
I am trying to contact them for a refund but they have no telephone number or address.
Ok im stupid maybe but id like to prevent this happening to other innocent people who may purchase more than a £25 battery.
Any Ideas ?

Claim your money back from your bank/CC etc?
Never buy from websites without checking them out fully.
No UK address that checks out on google maps/earth and no UK landline phone number = DO NOT TOUCH....
Also check the website registration details (whois). Registered recently? UK company with proper contact details?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
