It looks like cocoa boutique has closed.
I had an email a few weeks ago for an offer of a box of artisan chocolates for £10 + p&p which I ordered.
A couple of weeks later the money has been taken from my account & no sign of the chocolates.
I checked the website & it says cocoa boutique is now closed & the number has no answer & they do not reply to emails.
I done a bit of digging around on the web & there are quite a few number of customers with orders in the same predicament.
I just want my money back but think there is little chance of that - thankfully it was not a large amount

I've just had an email from them advertising a coffee tasting club. It has the Cocoa Boutique logo and business address on the email, but the links go to http://www.coffeetastingclub.com/ .
Have you got your refund yet?0 -
Looks like Darren Beale has his fingers in many pies, and this isn't the first to fail owing people money ...

no I have not had my refund or any sort of reply, so am asking my bank to raise a dispute.
I also got the email about the coffee tasting club too - how can they send this out to customers of cocoa boutique?
I will definately not be buying coffee either from them.0
