Morning all,
Is anyone else still struggling to see information on their account, mined been screwed since the switch, and after several emails back and forth they admit they are no nearer to afix.BG are also having to estimate smart meter readings because they can not see usage since switch, strange I can, so I would advise people to keep a close eye on your accounts. They are saying its due to money supermarket administration, as it is not a true BG tariff, and that tariff was released before web site could cope, waffle in my opinion
