It is a scientific fact that your body will not absorb calories if you take it from another person's plate.

Many thanks Laks....a few details incase of a winner :)

We’ve teamed up with Mercure to offer three winners the chance to escape out west for a city-break for two in either Bristol, Cardiff or Exeter. Each prize includes two nights stay in a suite, with dinner, a bottle of wine and breakfast. Sorted. Winners will be able to choose from the following Mercure hotels:

Mercure Exeter Southgate (with the cathedral and Exeter boutiques as neighbours, this hotel is brilliantly located to make the most of the historic city. The Gate House Restaurant & Bar also has a new menu that uses the finest ingredients from Devon).

Mercure Bristol Holland House & Spa (this hotel reflects Bristol's heritage with images from local artist, Ellie Hookham and uses locally-sourced ingredients in its new dining venue, the Urban Bar & Grill).

Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel & Spa
(a marine-themed haven with a fabulous spa that will help you wind down with a dip in the pool, the thermal suite or an indulgent therapeutic spa treatment).
