Interesting, I know it's summer holiday time, but will the courts close for lack of judges .... don't think so.
Good point.. I didn't actually think about it like that.It is good news for you and bad news for UKPC, makes you wonder if UKPC has rattled the court system with all their claims and the terrible publicity they have.
UKPC are now in a non urgent band, the bottom of the pile
I hope so... I did joke that they take their time as I am the defendant and didn't mind....I think I got a chuckle in return0 -
Did you see that Anthony94 reports he won his case a few days ago?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I think you need to check who sent you that email and phoned you....I doubt the country would run out of judges???? I had my hearing on Friday just gone and just won....0

It was directly from the court.
Received official confirmation of adjournment in the post from the court now as well. There is now a new hearing date scheduled all the way in October...0 -

Just to say you might want to compare notes with IndigoMondayToyota:

Did you see that Joe_R on pepipoo forum and Sam84 on here, lost their cases v UKPC but Anthony94 and two more posters this week, won, re 'unclear photo evidence of signage near the car/or where the car was even parked'. TommyG5 and badbrains89.
Have you submitted your witness statement and full defence already and is your court bundle in the process of being prepared?
I would read the threads where people have won and lost recently and try to learn from them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
