I got caught out by this app on payments made, and the first time in years got charged a small amount of intrest

Glad it's not just me! Very misleading.
  • Lloyds App is totally useless when come to checking & paying credit card balances. Always use the website. I usually do monthly payment reminder on my calendar 7 days before the due date but don't put it off when the alert comes up though!!

I have a dd set up with them for the min amount but usually pay manually.
If I ever forget I know the dd will kick in.

If the Lloyds app is like the Halifax app, it defaults to showing you unstatemented transactions (hence the N/A due date and payment date, as they haven't been determined yet).

To see your latest statement, you have to swipe right and it will show you the last statement, due date, payment date and amount.
