tablet under care plan

Hi All.
I have question about repair under care plan,
i have dropped my tablet on the floor and stood on it so tablet now has L shape, does anyone know if this qualifies under accidental damage ?
and second question
Tablet is now past its 14 day repair promise (droped off 15 november for repair) they sended it to samsung by mistake and now its on its way back to them, when i asked about replacement or voucher they replied that they need to have tablet back first to investigate this.
can anyone help please?
Thanks in advance

How does someone manage to drop it and stand on a tablet?
The care plan doesn't cover you for cosmetic damage so I suppose it depends on what they find.
You would need to speak to them in regards to the 14 day repair guarantee, but if it's not covered because the damage is cosmetic then the guarantee might not apply.

Care Plans/Additional protection usual covers Mishaps.

Dropping it, sure sounds like a Mishap. Dropping it and stepping on it to the extent of it having a L shape, sounds more deliberate.
  • Thanks for your replies.i have dropped tablet on the curb and trying not to stand on it i stood on it.
