My friend is a magnet for PCNs

I have a friend who has been issued with about 6 PCNs over the past few years.
Prior to POFA he took my advice and just ignored them and the garbage from the debt collectors.
Post POFA he received one from VCS for stopping to check his delivery address paperwork near JLA which he defeated at POPLA with my assistance. (well, I did all the work to be honest, I just like beating bullies).
He then received one from CP Plus for an alleged overstay at a MSA. Against my advice he ignored that one - so far he has just had the usual DRP letters, been quiet on that one for a few months now. I suspect he is lucky that it was a CP Plus site rather than Parking Eye.
Earlier today he tells me he's been receiving letters from a debt collector for another alleged overstay at an MSA, this time in Scotland. Turns out he ignored the PCN through a feeling of invincibility due to his past experience. Luckily for him it's in Scotland so his actions have been the correct ones but for the wrong reason!!
I can't help feeling that he's going to 'chance his arm' one time too many and end up on the wrong end of a claim from one of the more litigious PPCs one of these days. He'll be on his own with that.
Some people, you just can't help.
