HTB ISA do you need a good credit rating to apply?

Can anyone help?
I've applied for a HTB ISA but got an email saying they are processing my application and will let me know if it's been approved. I know of three other people who applied to the same company and got accepted instantly and money transferred straight away to open the account.
Do you have to have a good credit rating for these ISAs? I'm 2 1/2 years post BR and wondering if this has affected my application?

Any ideas?

They will do a search for ID purposes but not a full credit check as it is only a savings account.

If you have any nasty CIFAS marker or some dark history with the bank or banking group, they might not give you any account.
