Nike refund not received

Hey Guys,
Just wanted to get some advice on where I could take this issue further and what rights I have. Nike have supposedly refunded me an amount on the 4th of November, it has still not appeared in my bank account even after waiting the 4-9 working days they said it would take to show in my account.
There has apparently been an issue with this particular payment method, which is called iDeal, and is used in the Netherlands. It is like a bank transfer. I have checked all the bank details they had for me and they are the right ones.
They have said that they have escalated the case, and you never hear anything from them. As it has been over a month, I am getting very annoyed about this and frustrated!
Has anyone experienced anything similar? I appreciate that as this is a Netherlands based question you may not know what legal route to take with Dutch system but just wondering if you have had any issues with Nike like this in the UK, or with any other companies holding on to money.
Looking forward to hearing any advice.
