Hi all
Our indesit washer tumble dryer for some reason has steam coming out of the drawer top and this has never happened before, it happened towards the end of the cycle and it was only on a 40 wash, not on a tumble dry. Its a widl126 indesit.
Any idea why, hope some one can help.
Thanks in advance!

IIRC it's a straight drop/pipe from the drawer to the drum, so steam can rise as well as water falling.
Was the drawer fully closed and what sort of temperature was the room?
My guess is that if the drawer wasn't fully closed and it was a bit cold it could have steam rising.0 -
There always used to be a water trap between the drum & drawer on washer dryers to stop the hot damp air escaping during the dry cycle (things may have changed). If for some reason there's no water in the trap, a little steam will escape.
Having said that, normal washing machines don't have the trap & steam doesn't come out of their drawers, so that could be a red herring.
If it hasn't shrunk all your washing (by being too hot) I'd use it again, it may just be "one of those things".Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0
