    Nice thinking but I for one, would never bother with such a route when I have proof that I am right. Its up to the PPC to prove me wrong. With regards to county court, we all know its like a lottery but they cannot avoid the truth. I will and do go to county court, if i have the facts, it is a delight to watch the DJ pull these cowboys apart

    Here is the clue, the PPC's don't have a clue what a DJ will do or say, do they risk court ??

    DJ = DISTRICT JUDGE

    I don't think you quite understand the level of conduct required for an accusation of harassment to stick.

    By all means issue a claim, see how you get on and post a copy of the judgment up here for all to see.

    I CAN ASSURE YOU, YES I DO

    With regret, it is then up to the judge, as you well know

    There are far too many glib suggestions of harassment on this forum. Anyone who really wants to grasp what needs to occur for a harassment claim to succeed should study Ferguson vs. British Gas to see the lengths (and huge expense) Ms. Ferguson had to go to to make a harassment claim stick.

    The law states that there needs to be a minimum of two incidents to constitute harassment. Some people misinterpret this as meaning that two incidents is a sufficient condition: it is not, it is merely a necessary condition, and in practice is a long, long way from sufficient, particularly if the incidents are merely the sending of a letter.

    The PPC's know this and they will just laugh at anyone who threatens them with a harassment case.
