Councils Fault or Credit Agencies?

I have been confirmed as being on the electoral role since October, after a move in August. However, Ive been fobbed off countless times as to why Im still not showing up as registered with the credit agencies. Im not being told January, and my score has suffered. Any advice on how I resolve this and who's fault this is? Both blame each other of course....

The electoral roll takes time to update.
The CRA's take time to update their records.
Forget the meaningless score.
Be patient for a while longer. You say you are not being told January but I think this is a typo and you mean you are now being told January. That does not seem too unreasonable.0 -
Yes it's a typo; I did mean to write 'now'. It wouldn't be so irritating if the I hadn't been promised by a certain CRA that it was definitely December they do the sweep.0
