Already have a couple bank accounts - where to put the other £3000

I have started a couple bank accounts and still have £3000 to move. It is currently sitting in a cash ISA with terrible interest so figured I should move it and get what I can.
Here are the accounts I currently have open, all of which are maxed out:
- M&S Regular Savings
- First Direct Regular Savings
- TSB Current acc
I plan to open a help to buy ISA very soon, probably with Halifax as they are offering the best interest rate so far, and will be filling all of these regular savings each month from income.
So where could I move the £3000?
Any help appreciated!

Tesco current accounts?TSB regular saver?No-brainer if you have a TSB Plus account already.
I was considering the regular saver, but just like the others, the maximum you can deposit is £200-300 per month, and would have preferred to put the whole £3000 some where gaining decent interest.0 -

£2.5K @ Nationwide, and 2 months of TSB reg saver...and the whole lot is then making 5% AER.0 -

Even faster: £2.5K FlexDirect, £500 FlexClusive Reg Saver. Done and dusted within half an hour (incl the SOs to ship £1K about once a month), all at 5% AER for the next 12 months.0 -
