Withdrew a large amount of money over the weekend and the cashier short changed me by quite a bit, I never checked the amount until later on the day and by the time I did this my phone rang from the branch to say they realised a mistake was made and the error was being amended by crediting my account with the difference.


Good to see staff on the ball here and wanted to post as the banks all get knocked for so called wrong doing but rarely praised when they get it right.
