Re-birth

Father Christmas is the bringer of GIFTS. He works SELFLESSLY & unceasingly without pay to bring JOY & COMFORT to the world once a year, squeezing his mincepie-stuffed body down our chimneys in order that we can save ourselves the need of providing presents to our kids ourselves.

It was a response to a thread that disappeared before I hit 'post'. Seemed a pity to waste it.

I don't have a chimney, will he send an elf to crawl down the gas boiler duct?

Father Christmas reminds me more of Yewtree than firtree! Best he keeps himself out of little boys' and girls' bedrooms and just plays with his elf.

Clowns. There's another bunch, Scary. Even the funny ones are scary. The scary ones are really scary!

Father Christmas doesn't even obey the laws of physics, so I'm sure he has no qualms about breaching the common law right to quiet enjoyment!

Nothing quiet about all those sleigh bells... Breach of the peace, and drink-fly/driving as well, after all those mince pies and sherry.

The bloke is a menace. Bet he didn't even have a work permit...

    Bah humbug!

I'd be more concerned about Father Christmas leaving my children the traditional lumps of coal. We're in a designated smokeless zone.
