Stainless steel is worth more than copper. If the sink was stainless steel, then that £5 could easily be turned into £12 with one visit to a scrap metal dealer.
Add-in a brass tap and that's another £2 into the pot.Never Knowingly Understood.

Yes. Would you prefer they ask you if you want to keep every single little item to list in gumtree for a few poxy quid. Jeez some people are so penny pinching its embarrasing.
