Updated to a new nano, downloaded latest version of iTunes, tried installation which stopped, saying old version had to be uninstalled, did this tried installation again same msg.
Used disk cleanup & Norton's to ensure all reference to iTunes uninstalled, tried install again same msg uninstall old version of iTunes.
Any ideas
