Energy Helpline
Has anyone had trouble getting cashback from EnergyHelpline.com. ? I used them to switch gas and electric earlier this year, the cashback was due in August and I'm still waiting. Every time I email them the response is that we are contacting the Finance Dept to sort it out.
Have I been scammed, it's starting to look like a cowbot outfit.:mad:
I'm out of the country at the moment so ringing them direct is a bit difficult.

Yes Greaser, I've had trouble. Had to fight for it this last move, though is the first time over several years that it failed to go smoothly.
Naming the Finance Dept. probably means that have given in.0
