Economy Energy ...anyone had issues

I changed supplier early in year to Economy energy for my prepayment gas and electric. I had no problems so far. Early November I asked a question via there facebook page as to where the £12 government energy rebate letters were, i got a response saying they would look into it and get back to me. Since then the page has been closed and they are not answering emails. Anyone had any issues with them?
