I presume you mean Mozilla Firefox web browser, do you???
Have you tried an alternative?
Google Chrome
MS Internet Explorer
Safari
etc0 -
I guess it's either Firefox or Seamonkey. The Mozilla browser hasn't been updated since Firefox got going, and I think most of the code ended up in Seamonkey.
Anyway, in Firefox, you can run the command "firefox -p" to start the Profile Manager and try creating a new profile to see if that helps. Sometimes profiles become corrupted, or badly-performing add-ons cause problems. You can create a new profile for testing without affecting your original profile.0 -
There is no problem with FF and W10.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

Yes, it's because FF crashes or freezes for no proper reason.“Learn from the mistakes of others. You can never live long enough to make them all yourself.”

Does it? I find it very stable.pendragon_arther wrote: »''well this is embarrassing....''

Only time I get that is when Flash has caused the crash.0 -
I would suggest new profile as outlined above.
I have been using W10 and FF for months now without issue.
Have you scanned for malware ?
Have you checked what add-ons are installed ?

I had loaddddddds of problems with FF & FB when I updated my Windows 7 laptop to Windows 10. In the end I reverted back to Windows 7. Please check out some of my other threads to see what help was given.
I don't have problems with FF on FB when using my personal computer but I think that was becasue it was a Windows 8 pc when I purchased it. It was upgraded to Win 8.1 & now runs Win 10.
So, I suggest you do a new profile to see if that helps. Please check out my other threads as a link was given in one of them to a FF page on how to create a new profile.:j I hope my comment helps :T0
