Had an order arranged for my parents address, this was attempted today and states delivered, signature from neighbour. There is no card, am I suppose to knock every door asking for my package? What if the correct one says not them? I did not state deliver to a neighbour. What are my rights?t

Your rights are with the sender. Hopefully your neighbour will bring it over but if not contact the sender and tell them you haven't received your order and let them deal with it.0

(If it does not turn up the sender will speak to the courier, who should know who they got to sign for it. The courier can they pursue that person. However if there is a dispute anywhere along the line - e.g. between the sender, courier and neighbour - it is not legally your problem.)0 -
Speak to the Courier's Customer Service, they will have recorded the name and address of the neighboor they left the parcel with0
