Has anyone else had problems signing up to the free credit checking service provided by noddle?
I went through several pages provided all the information they wanted. This is quite demanding in itself as they want information about when particular accounts were opened, in one case referring to an account opened 4 years ago.
At the end of all this I had to choose a user name. They suggested my email address as user name but also said that the user name can only contain letters, numbers and underscores (so no @ symbols?) and also that it must not contain proper names (which my email address does).
I tried several user names but all were claimed to violate their policies so I was unable to complete the application.
I did make a second attempt but it seems my half completed application has left me blacklisted, they now state at an early stage that they are unable to verify my identity.
So I am very unimpressed with noddle, perhaps I will do better with clearscore.
