British Gas praise (energy trust)

Have had both gas/ electric bills wiped out, after making a claim to their Energy Trust(debt help service)..
Accruing bills were a major worry, as out of work for some time..
Now on their 'fixed or fall'tariff, until 2017, with level monthly payments - no increases, or exit fees, if i find cheaper elsewhere..
Along with new job, things starting to look up!
