St Margarets Trust Limited

Hello
I am new to the forum and I wonder is anyone can help with details as to how I can find St Margarets Trust Limited. I had a loan from them in the eighties and it says on the paperwork that they are a subsidiary of Williams and Gyn's Bank and a member of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
I have rung RBS and they said they could not help me and suggested I contact Williams and Glyn but they are no longer in business.
Any ideas on how I can find them please?

Williams & Glyns is part of RBS.
However, there is no record of a St Margarets Trust Limited on the Companies House register.
Why do you ask?0 -

I found it.:)
St Margarets Trust Limited was the name of Royscot Trust Plc until 1986.

After 1986, another company was formed that used the St Margarets Trust name, but that company was dissolved in 2003/04. Don't know why CH doesn't have it.

Well done antrobus.
However, if it was before 1986, then that would predate the Banking Ombudsman scheme.
Also, strictly, a finance house was not a bank and therefore not necessarily a member of the scheme even if its parent bank was.
If the OP wishes to contact it, I suggest they write to its Registered Office which Companies House says is
RoyScot Trust Public Limited Company
