Fake Websites: What Rights do I have?

I recently ordered a pair of trainers from this site:
freeufoot.uk.com
The product arrived (from China, despite seemingly being a 'UK; site), but the pair of Nike trainers I ordered were obviously fake as were poor quality. Not to mention not even being the colour-way I ordered. £56.97 was also debited from my account instead of the agreed sale+shipping price of £49.99.
I got in contact with the site, stating only that the product was incorrect (not mentioning the suspected fake product) and received the apology:
'Dear , I was deeply shocked while checking the photos , please accept our sincere apology.
Would you please tell me what do you want us to do ? I can totally feel you if I were in your shoes ,our worker must too busy while arranging your shipment .
I can offer you partial refund as compensation while you choose to keep them, or will try to convince them to resend the items you ordered but wish you could pay partial postage
Words cannot describe how sorry I am.
Please reply as soon as possible so we can correct this.'
I asked for a full refund instead, and requested the returns address (as the site states you must contact them to get this before sending back).
I have received no reply since, despite contacting the company several times. I have an address that came with the order, so I will send to this and hope my order is received and money is credited back to my account. But I am not holding much hope as all communication seems to have stopped fully, and I am assuming that now the company has my money, they aren't bothered what happens now.
If I don't receive my refund, what rights do I have here? Is there a central body where it is possible to report suspected fake/fraudulent websites to? I have done some research on the site and it appears to have been set up from Houston USA. Is there anything I can threaten them with in my next communication attempt, mentioning I am aware their product is counterfeit? I have been trying to take a 'nice' approach so far, but I'm just getting ignored!
It would be great to get some helpful feedback on any steps I can take. I certainly won't be trying to cut corners by buying off a site I'm not familiar with again!

How did you pay? I would suggest speaking to your bank about a chargeback.
For the future, if something seems too good to be true, it usually is. Everything about that website shouts fake, from the low prices to the standard of English. Also the Houston address is not real, the zip code given is actually in Boston.0 -
Thanks for your reply tomtontom.
I paid with a debit card, though imagine may have more success claiming money back if I had paid with a credit card?
It strikes me as strange how they would even bother to reply to my first message, if they had no intention of replying again. I thought the product was reduced due to being past season as was still at a fairly large price. I won't make that mistake again!
Is there anyone I can report the site to so it doesn't happen to others, or is it not possible because it is an international site?0 -
If you can find out who their website host is they may look into taking the site down. They may not, but it's worth letting them know. Unfortunately I can't find that information, someone else may be able to.
It is possible to do a chargeback on a debit card, so I'd call them next

This is the Campaigns Board so as your OP doesn't relate directly to a current MSE campaign, its up to you to tell us what rights you are demanding and how you propose to go-about getting them!0

Can you claim chargeback on a faster payment? Is it my bank or the recipient bank which says yes or no to the chargeback?0
