There's obviously something of a back story to this - you had a thread on here last year about a prepaid card being used fraudulently, is this the same card/company that you're still in dispute with? I can imagine that a card that's been flagged as being used fraudulently might necessitate some extra checks when seeking to access the remaining balance (how small is 'small' by the way?!)
