Perfect Homes - Hire Purchase Cancelling before delivering of goods?

I signed an agreement online with Perfect Homes for Electrical Goods 7 days ago, they are being slow in getting back to me for delivery. Anyway since then I've found another better option to get those goods elsewhere without HP. Can I just call them and cancel as I haven't even received it yet or even got a delivery slot? They took the first week payment on the day I made the agreement, will I get that back if I cancel? Advice/info needed, thanks

It says in the HP agreement

    YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
    (See note A below)
You have the right to withdraw from this credit Agreement without giving any reason before the end of 14 days beginning with the day
after the day on which the Agreement is made. If you want to withdraw you must notify us of your intention to do so, either in writing or orally. To withdraw verbally you must contact the branch where you signed your (did it online) Agreement. To withdraw in writing you can either write to (Address) Or or email (email)

If you withdraw from the Agreement you must repay the amount of credit and accrued interest without delay and no later than 30
calendar days after giving notice of withdrawal (interest accrues from the date the credit was provided until you repay the credit) The amount of interest that will accrue per day is £0.44 You can pay the credit and interest by cash or debit card.

As with all credit agreements they have a statutory 14 days to cancel the finance.

Be aware OP, that cancelling the HP doesn't necessarily mean you can cancel the contract for the goods. Assuming you ordered the goods online as well you have a further 7 days to cancel them.
