Hi
I was wondering if any one can help me.
I have a Hp camera and all the software on my computer to do all sorts of wonderful things to the pictures.
Anyway, I've been trying to upload some pics from my camera for weeks and it just won't do it.
The box pops up and says it's initilising transfer and then it does nothing:rolleyes: .
I thought maybe i had accidently deleted part of the program:o so i removed all the software for it off my computer and then put it all back on again.
It is still doing the same thing
Now i'm not very technically minded so if anyone can help i'd be very grateful.:D

dp you use a memory card in that camera if so get a cheap card reader ( £10) and just pop your card into that much easier just let windows do it for you.THE SHABBY SHABBY FOUNDER0

What you could do as well is bypass the application that came with your camera and instead use Windows Explorer to access the photos and do whatever you want to do from there.
I would also strongly advise you to get a third party software like Picasa to help in managing your photo collection. Links are a man's best friends.com0 -
Thanks for your replys
I've tried to upload the pics by going into my computer and clicking on the camera icon, but it says the camera is in use please try again later.
Is that the same as windows?0 -
Just do as OddJobKIA suggested at post number 2, forget the HP Software and camera lead, get a card reader.0
