Help to Buy ISA/CASH ISA transfer help!

OK here goes,
I have a CASH ISA with Santander at the moment and have for last 3 tax years, I have £11540 contributions that I can still make this tax year.
My question is, I want to open a help to buy ISA at nationwide ( I have a nationwide current account) and I also want the nationwide Cash ISA.
How do I go about doing this? Do I need to close my Santander Cash ISA first? Or can I transfer it to a Nationwide cash ISA and I would still have £11540 contributions split between the Help to buy Nationwide ISA and the new Nationwide Cash ISA?
Would I just make the £1200 first months towards help to buy ISA and then £200 each month until April? So essentially could I still make £9540 in the normal nationwide cash ISA before new tax year also?
Any help is appreciated!
:DThanks
