Ebay Searches

Argghhhh! People that put things on Ebay with titles such as "Trek Mountain Bike Not Kona, Klien, GT" really annoy me. It makes searching for things a nightmare as you have to go through other products that you're not interested in.
I've got a friend that does it when selling stuff. I can see his point, in that more poeple will see the product, I just find it so annoying.
And also people (shops) that just fill up eBay with their products. I hate searching for something, only to recieve a page full of "Buy Now" products all from the same shop.

If you don't like it just report them to ebay here

>listing policy violations
>keyword spamming
Reporting is anonymous only Ebay knows who you are. If you don't report it then the practice will just continue. Also report them if they charge extra for paypal.0 -
When searching, you can use the "-" symbol to exclude certain words. So for example, for your search you can use:
trek mountain bike -kona -klien -gt
That'll ignore results for items containing the words that are preceded with "-"0 -
But if you are looking for a Kona bike
You will get all the "not Kona" sales
so you have to filter out 'not' -not
best thing to do is report them.0 -
Oh yes, good point however if you filter out "not" then that will eliminate valid results. Best to just eliminate the types of bike that are not wanted.0
