Morning all,
I have handed in my notice at my current employer (8 weeks) and it ends on the 31st December.
The company i work for shut down on the 22nd of December for Christmas.
Will i be paid until the 31st December?
Thanks in advance

They presumably use peoples holiday allowance to cover the shut down so as long as you did not use the 6/7 days holiday you would have been required to keep earlier in the year then yes they need to pay you for those days.Don't trust a forum for advice.
