Spend euros in M&S or exchange

I've got €35 and was wondering if it was worth spending them in M&S or exchanging back into pounds..about £23 I think.
I know it all depends on the exchange rate but I was hoping it might work out better spending them in M&S...I sure somebody around here will know.
Thanks.

You could just give them to me! Or save them until your next trip to the civilised world.0

I very much doubt if you will get a better exchange rate spending them - they are going to put some form of service fee into the rate.
But it's worth asking.0 -

Seems you can't spend them in M&S, well not in Watford anyhow.
Exchanged them in the bureau de change and got £22.92.i tHink, therEfore I'vE goT a BLOODY heAdAche0
