Just wondering has anyone flown with Etihad Airlines to Abu Dhabi. We have booked with them to fly to Sydney in December? Do you know anyone who has flown with them?

I flew with them last November. I was a bit concerned as some of the reviews I had read were pretty grim however I flew from Manchester to Bangkok with a change of flight at Abu Dhabi. Really could not fault them. The flights were on time, the food on the flight was a good as it gets on a flight and you could have as much drink as you wanted. The duty free at Abu Dhabi was really good with a lot of choice. At the time we booked they were the cheapest. I am not one for watching films on a flight, I usually try and sleep as I just want the flight time to pass but we did have seatback screens and there was a good choice of films. If you want any other info just ask.

Yep, gotta agree with Kaliaba, excellent service & flight,
planes are only a year old.
