Yorkshire Bank - One way to avoid paying the £150

Have been trying to access the website to open an account with the switching service with Yorkshire bank for the £150 for about the last hour. Apparently there is a Technical Issue in the background and I should call the specified number tomorrow...... AFTER the deadline
