How to close Cahoot online account

Does anyone know how to close down my unused Cahoot online account without going online, I have had the account for years and never used it and lost my password so Im thinking of phoning or writing to them.

Open another account online and do account switching. That is essentially the same thing.
Otherwise, within the new cahoot online banking environment, click send secure message and use the pre-defined subject pull down called cahoot Account closure.
