Aviva - Praise

I have previously posted about Aviva on this website when I had problems with them. To be fair, they very quickly resolved the issue after I was contacted by the Aviva Forum rep.

I've just bought a new car and am picking it up on Wednesday. I got a quote from Aviva and it was an additional £30 odd more than my existing car.

I signed into their website - clicked on replace car, typed in the details. It generated a quote which was the £30 more, but no charge for the change. Input when the car is getting changed over and paid the extra.

No problems at all. Everything was done and dusted in less than five minutes, well done Aviva on such a smooth transaction.
