Recently I applied for First Direct account.Email requested me to certify two documents and post them for further inspection.Refused me account for reasons they explain in the letter (sure they do)
M/S Bank also refused.
Club LLOYDS accepted + monthly saver without any problems (no additional docuements, calls etc.)
Anyone with similar troubles ?

What problems?
FD and M&S are known to be 'fussy'. It's pretty much a norm for FD to request copies, but it's odd that they rejected you after this. Do the 'reasons' they gave you in the letter explain this?0 -
Any bank can decline any application for pretty much any reason, and, while they're theoretically obliged to disclose why, they can make this so vague as to be meaningless. One possibility is that you've made multiple applications (and therefore credit searches) in a short period of time, which may be seen as a negative factor.0

Are you a UK citizen? How long have you lived in the UK? Are you on the electoral register? What is the status of your credit history?0
