:(I had a PCN from Hounslow council I went to the appeal in person on the 19th Sept 2015 I won the case. But to my surprise on the 26th Nov I received another notifacation that they are not happy with the outcome and slaged of the adudicater and want it inforced is this right is it worth appealing ?
