Eligibility:
7. Entrants must be 21 or over (this applies to the competition winner and their guest).
8. The Entrant and their guest must hold a valid passport with 6 months until the expiry date on day of travel.
9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
10. A holiday to Las Vegas to see Jennifer Lopez with a meet and greet.
The prize consists of:

• Two return flights to Las Vegas McCarran Airport from Manchester Airport
• Five nights accommodation for two people in Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort and Casino
• Two tickets to a Jennifer Lopez show in Las Vegas
• A meet and greet with Jennifer Lopez in Las Vegas for two people
• £500 spending money in Total Rewards Points (money redeemable in Caesars properties in the US).

Prize Terms & Conditions
11. Entry to the competition online, winning of the prize and entry to the Jennifer Lopez show and meet and greet is strictly restricted to those aged 21+. This applies to the competition winner and their guest.
12. Flights and accommodation will be arranged by Manchester235 management and are non-negotiable
13. The prize is non transferable.
14. The dates for the prize will be non-negotiable and are fixed. Flights will take place on Saturday 23rd January 2016 (outbound) and Thursday 28th January 2016 (return).
15. Jennifer Lopez meet and greet will take place on Wednesday 27th January 2016, at the Axis at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
16. Tickets for the Jennifer Lopez show will be available at any time up to and including the time of the show, at the Axis Box Office at Planet Hollywood.
17. Guests will meet the hosts in front of the high limit slot room no later than 8.00pm
18. They will be no personal photos/autographs permitted at the meet and greet with Jennifer Lopez.
19. In the event of any dispute management decision is final.
20. Competition winner and guest must ensure appropriate visas, passports, and all related information required to fly are secured in advance prior to travelling to Las Vegas. Manchester235 accept no responsibility for customers not being able to fly to Las Vegas if the above has not been arranged by the competition winner and guest.
21. Failure to be granted a visa or have necessary travel documentation will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.
22. Should the competition winner be unable to travel for the specified travel dates, they will forfeit the prize without compensation.
23. Expenses and costs over and above those specified (including food and drink and travel insurance costs) are the responsibility of the winner and a credit card at the hotel may be requested for such expenses.
24. Transfers, airport taxes and city taxes are not included in the prize and will be an additional expense payable by the competition winner.
25. Competition winner and guest must be permitted entry to Caesars’ properties, it is the competition winner’s responsibility to ensure they/their guest have not been banned from Caesars properties and Caesars will not be responsible for providing alternative accommodation or any other aspect of the prize should the competition winner / guest not be permitted access to Caesars properties.
26. Competition winner and guest must comply with all rules, regulations and laws applicable to the premises / venue to which access is granted with the prize.
27. Once winner has been identified by Capital, contact must be made with Manchester235 by Friday 18th December. Manchester235 will require the personal details of the winner and guest – including passport details, date of birth, full name, home address, phone number and email address.
28. Employees (and family members) of Caesars/Global or anyone connected with the competition are not entitled to enter; force majeure: If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the prize provider and which prevents the prize provider from complying with these terms and conditions and/or providing the prize, the prize provider will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing their obligations or providing the prize.
29. The prize provider reserves the right to modify, delay, postpone or cancel the prize in the event of circumstances outside of its reasonable control.
30. The competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
31. By entering the competition all entrants consent to the processing of their personal data by Caesars Entertainment UK and Global Radio Services Ltd for the purposes of administration of this competition and appropriate marketing communications in the future.
32. Prize is non-negotiable, the terms of which are fixed.
33. No cash alternative available.
34. Management reserve the right to cancel or change the terms of the prize in exceptional circumstances.

36. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
