Hi I'm loosing to start investing but not sure where to start. What is the minimum most brokers will take to start investing for you etc.

If you are aiming to be debt-free and/or building up an emergency fund, then those things need to come before investing, which always brings risk, at least in the short term.I am one of the Dogs of the Index.0

Assuming you have done the things above, and to answer your question directly, the minimum you could invest with most fund platforms is £20 per month or a lump sum of £200. You wouldn't want to invest such small amounts directly in shares because of the trading costs.0
