1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK,
Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland
aged 18 years or over, except employees of

(“Promoter”), and Champneys Henlow Ltd (“Champneys Tring”),
their families, agents or anyone else professionally
associated with the draw.
Entries must be submitted via
telegraph.co.uk/champneys
and entry is restricted to one per person.
Once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way.
The winner will be contacted within 14 days of the closing
date of the prize draw.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner
or should the winner be unable to accept the prize,
the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize
to an alternative winner,
drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
One winning entrant will win a Champneys Detox
Ritual Day for two at Champneys Tring, Hertfordshire.
The prize package comprises:
• A welcome tour of the resort on arrival at 9am;
• Light refreshments;
• A detox ritual;
• Three-course buffet-style lunch with the option of
using our light diet room;
• Unlimited use of swimming pool, sauna and steam room;
• Access up to 20 fitness class per day;
• Departure by 6pm
9. The winner’s guest must be aged
16 years or older and the prize must be taken as one package.
10. The prize does not include travel, accommodation,
personal expenditure or incidental costs,
other than where mentioned.
11. The prize is valid at Champneys Tring only
from Monday to Thursday and must be booked in advance.
The prize must be taken before June 30, 2016.
