JSA limbo

So some of you might remember me... I was on esa for a year for undiagnosed/unknown dizziness and abdominal pain (still on going). I failed my esa medical assessment with the reports stating a lot of lies! I did a mandatory reconsideration and they basically told me the same lies over again, when I pointed out in my MR about the lies written in the initial report they replied saying the assessors are unbiased and gain no benefit in lying or making things up.

Anyway so I've been placed on JSA, at the job centre I made it clear to the advisors about my symptoms, I told them the abdominal pain I can endure but dizziness I cannot and will not be able to apply to any jobs with physical labour or standing up (I don't think I'm fit enough to work by job IMO)

They have put me on daily sign ons where I have to go every day and show my job search, I keep telling them over and over again why I can't do stewarding and retail Jobs but they keep giving me a hard time about it.

My advisor just called me up today telling me to apply to stewarding jobs at a stadium I once again told her why I cannot and she replied "this isn't funny, you are on JOB SEEKERS ALLOWANCE", she also asked me to go in on Wednesday to which I replied I have a neurologist appointment at that time, she made a sighing sound like I'm a waste of space and said ok come in Thursday instead.

I'm really struggling, I can't find anything to ease my symptoms and on the other hand the job centre are on my !!!!. I've never ever been suicidal or thought about things like that but recently I've been spacing out and thinking wouldn't it have been so much easier if I didn't exist in the first place.

are you going to appeal the ESA decision?

Just becauase you failed the MR, that does mean they would agree with what was decided. As you are over the month, then you can put in late appeal, and but you will have to explain why you are late in appealing.
